RECIPE: Cottage Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

1/2 cup Cottage Cheese
1/2 cup Quick Oats (or Oatmeal)
1/2 cup Eggs
20g Protein Powder
1/2 tsp Bicarb Soda
Water

Method

Put all the ingredients into a blender except the water. Blend on low and add just a tbsp of water until the blender can get all the ingredients moving.
Pour into a preheated pan on low to medium heat.
Flip when bubbles appear on the surface or when crispy brown.
Add a delicious Keto topping like Sugar Free Maple syrup or Whipped Cream.
