RECIPE: Protein Pancakes

Keto Low/Carb Pancakes
1/2 cup almond flour/meal
3/4 cup protein powder 
3 packets splenda
1/4 cup water
2 whole eggs
1 Tbsp Olive oil
Water

I used my Strawberry flavoured WPI but plain will probably be best
Beat everything well, add water to help with dough consistency, just a splash at a time.
Cook on low-medium as these do cook quickly.
Makes about six 5 inch pancakes.
Per pancake: (9.3grams fat, 2 grams net carbs, 13.3 grams protein).
*I added to these some whip cream (not included in macros)
